Canceling Your Account
In order to cancel your account and prevent further charges, you must terminate all running clusters in your account.
Login to your Typesense Cloud account
Click on "clusters" in the top nav bar
Click on each cluster, and inside each cluster's dashboard:
Click on "Cluster Configuration"
Then click on
Terminateunder "Cluster Lifecycle"
This will immediately stop further charges from accruing in your account.
Since we charge for each week's usage at the end of the week, you'll receive one final invoice / charge within 7 days of terminating of your last cluster, for the usage accrued in your account for the past week, just until the time your clusters were terminated.
This is a common source of confusion for users. We typically get asked "why am I still being charged after terminating all my clusters?" But if you look at the line items in the last invoice you received, you'll notice that the charges were only for the duration of time when your clusters were running in the last week, and that you weren't charged for the duration after you terminated your clusters.
